These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OmniTimer mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by Arcanum Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OmniTimer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1.1 Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use OmniTimer. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

2. License and Usage

2.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the App on devices you own or control
Access and use the App's features for personal, non-commercial purposes

2.2 License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App to third parties
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
Circumvent or disable any security features or usage restrictions

3. OmniTimer Pro Subscription

3.1 Subscription Tiers

OmniTimer offers the following subscription options:

Free Version: Core timer features with advertisements
1-Month Subscription: $1.99/month
12-Month Subscription: $17.99/year (25% discount)
Lifetime Purchase: $36 (one-time payment)

All prices are in USD and may vary by region. Local taxes may apply.

3.2 Pro Features

OmniTimer Pro includes:

Ad-Free Experience: Complete removal of all advertisements
CSV Export: Export your session history and timer data
Custom Sounds: Upload and use custom audio files for intervals
Share Presets: Share your timer configurations with friends
Unlimited Presets: Create unlimited custom timer presets
Lifetime Feature Updates: Access to all future Pro features automatically

3.3 Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
You will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in your device's account settings

3.4 Device-Specific Purchases

Important: Purchases made through OmniTimer are device-specific and tied to your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account.

Purchases can be restored on the same device or other devices using the same app store account
Purchases cannot be transferred between different app store accounts
Use the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App to restore your purchase on supported devices

4. Advertisements

4.1 Ad-Supported Version

The free version of OmniTimer is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to view advertisements during App usage and allow Google AdMob to collect data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCANUM LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

9. Acknowledgment

BY USING OMNITIMER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE APP.
