3.3 Deadline

4. Effects of Withdrawal

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

The ad-free experience activates immediately upon purchase. By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content (ad-free experience), which means:
- You acknowledge the loss of withdrawal right once you have used the app in ad-free mode
- If you have not opened or used the app after purchase, you retain your full 14-day withdrawal right
- Only if you gave prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal right before the content was provided
6. Ad Removal Purchase Details
6.1 One-Time Payment Model
OmniTimer's ad removal is a one-time purchase, not a subscription:
- Price: $6.99 (one-time payment)
- What you get: Permanent removal of all ads (banner ads and rewarded ads)
- Duration: Lifetime access on that specific device - no expiration or renewal
- Device-specific: Purchase tied permanently to the device where purchased
- No recurring billing: Pay once, own forever on that device
6.2 Device-Specific Purchase
Important: Purchases are permanently tied to the device where the purchase was made:
- No restoration: Cannot restore on new devices or after reinstalling the app
- One device only: Each purchase works on only one specific device
- No transfers: Purchases cannot be moved or shared between devices
- Reinstall limitation: If you uninstall and reinstall, you'll need to purchase again
6.3 What Happens After Purchase
Once you complete the $6.99 ad removal purchase:
- Immediate activation: Ads are removed immediately after purchase verification on your device
- All ads removed: Both banner ads and rewarded ads are permanently removed
- Lifetime access: No expiration date - your purchase lasts forever on that specific device
- No future charges: No subscription fees or hidden costs
- Device-locked: Purchase stays with that device permanently
7. Refund Eligibility
7.1 Eligible Refund Requests
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Within 14-Day Withdrawal Period (EU): Full refund as described in Section 2
- Service Not Delivered: If you paid for the App but did not receive access
- Technical Issues: If the App is fundamentally non-functional and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time

10.2 No Trial Limitations
Since the free version is not a "trial":
- No time limit on using the free version
- No feature restrictions (all features available)
- No automatic upgrade or charges
- You can use the free version indefinitely
10.3 Upgrading to Ad-Free
When you choose to remove ads:
- One-time payment of $6.99 per device
- Instant ad removal upon purchase completion
- Lifetime access with no recurring fees on that device
- Cannot be transferred or restored on other devices
11. Pricing and Payment

- Refunds will be based on the amount you actually paid
- Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to refund requests

11.3 No Bundles or Add-Ons

There are no bundles, add-ons, or additional in-app purchases at this time.
12. Currency and Exchange Rates
- Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase
- If currency exchange rates have changed, the refund amount may differ slightly from the original charge
- We are not responsible for currency exchange fees or fluctuations
13. Processing Times
